• To date the only major downfall is a bug that crashes the app if the iPhone is set to use 24-hour time. A fix is in the works for this, so until the fix is announced be sure to disable the 24-hour setting on your phone while using this app.

The Surfline app is the only of its kind that provides HD camera coverage of nearly 100 surf spots across the United States as well as Hawaii, in addition there are continuous surf reports and up to 5 day in advance forecasts for future planning. An extremely convenient feature of this app allows you to send the link to friends via email and also to Safari for easier viewing. Cons:

• The only downside to this app is that there is no feature to allow you to customize the news feed; meaning you can only receive information that Drudge is streaming. There is no option to add in other feeds or sources. However, since Drudge provides the most current information this should not pose an extreme disappointment.

  This is a very simple site with bright and colorful background. In the menu you get only 3 options. The option number one is called “Start 1 Month free Trial” (this is actually the main page of whole site and it’s difficult to add here something, free trial is always good choice if you are not sure about the service or if you don’t know will your system requirements be suitable for video streaming or not.  Usually trial versions are provided by services or programs where the creators are sure about the quality of their product and that the clients will like it and buy the product further on. The second option in menu is ”browse selection” here you will get information about the films and other content. There is a classification table; here can be found different genres. If you definitely know the name of the movie you can just type it in the “search”.
  Nice design feature is the slider in the header. It shows you thumbnails of the movie poster and to get some additional info you need just to put the mouse over the image. In the small pop-up window is shown the title of the movie, length, short description, names of film director, actors and the rating of the movie. But after the company filed for bankruptcy in 2010, the situation didn’t really improve. We can’t advice this site to you because there are better variants on the market.  This is not a unique service and probably not the best one but it can be used by people who don’t want to spend hours searching for a film. The site is easy to use and it’s quite colorful these are main aspects what the general user can need. Talking about the prices if you just rent a disk this will be a good option for you to save some money.

  We have already written, that it’s rather clumsy if you are trying to get information for a first time. Our advice is to click on the banner(this really doesn’t matter which one exactly you choose) they will lead you to the pages and there you will see a normal top-menu.

  Tracfone offers quite cheap service but that is not a flat rate this must be taken into consideration.There are such offers: 50 Minutes Value Plan $9.99 / month, 125 Minutes Value Plan $19.99 / month, 200 Minutes Value Plan $29.99 / month and 200 Minutes Value Plan $29.99 / month. Is it expensive or super cheap decides everyone itself. But to our mind for a little bit higher price you can get a flat rate offer.

• Speed and respond
  You need to wait until the site responds for several seconds even if you have a fast Internet connection. The pages appear slowly and sometimes stuck.

This is a definitely not the leader of our reviews. The site brings troubles for a visitor doesn’t have a normal navigation and some of the links don’t work at all. If we speak about the service itself, the prices are not incredibly low, you don’t get information about the coverage or about the roaming costs. We don’t like the Spanish version of the site because not all banners are translated into Spanish. Even on the main page by clicking “Español” the banners on the main page appear in English.   We have seen and reviewed many web pages but Metro PCS tends to be a looser at least in the category design of the web-site. There is gray background old stylish graphics. Pictures on the site much better, they are colorful and attractive. But this makes a great difference between old design and the new photos in the header.

  It’s the most interesting and attractive part of the site. It doesn’t show new plans, tariffs it’s concentrated only on offering mobile phones. And the number of phone models offered at the moment is 5. So beside the good photos the number might be higher.
• plans section
  Here Metro PCS is not original. It is providing 7 tariffs and they are shown in the table. This is an advantage so you can easily compare all the tariffs and get exactly what you need. Other interesting feature is “compare the plans”. Here you can just compare the tariffs and service of MetroPCS with other mobile providers like (Verizon, Cricket, AT&T, T-mobile, Boostmobile and Sprint).
• Coverage
  This would be brought to site drawbacks but there is one plus, Metro PCS is now covering 90% of America. Other aspects of this section are negative. The coverage map is based on Bing, this is a negative aspect not because we a google fans. The problem is that the map looks awful it just has not transparent spots and you can’t get the idea where you have coverage

• Features section
  Here are listed again all benefits of the MetroPCS with short descriptions.
• Deals
  If you were searching for some hot offers this will not especially impress you. Because there is only on actual offer and maybe about 7-8 expired promotions. Probably this page is even useless.

  Is a place where you can get thousan popular music songs on your mobile phone. There are whole albums for dowloading or just short ringtones. Before you download you can preivew the track. The nabigation is easy and you will fast find what you were searching for.

• Phones section
  This is so called epic fail, we tried to get into the phone section but our attempts were not successful. There reasons are different; the first bad think about this site is that you must type in your Zip code. But even after typing in the Zip code the page started to makes some redirection and the result was error. Probably this was just occasional situation (but we tried it many browsers) but still Metro PCS offers mobile phones on the main page but can’t buy them even if you wish. The links in the slider of the main page doesn’t work as well.

• International rates
  We have not find information about roaming costs. Probably we were searching to bad, but maybe this is is hidden from the clients because of high price.
• Community

There is no special features like chats, discussing forums or maybe events for community. This looks rather strange because many site make all possible thing to awake the interest of people and sign in the community.

Site summary and verdict

MetroPCS has neutral and boring design, the links and offers don’t work. At least in the moment we tried to manage it. The mobile phones offered have not impressed us. The network has good coverage and quite appropriate tariffs. We like that almost all they are flatrate. Site doesn’t has advertisement on its pages, otherwise it would be strange. But it doesn’t has interesting banners offering you new tariffs plan or telling you about perspectives of the company. We can’t count the slider of the main page, because there you get only low-cost phone models and nothing more.
